De Buck 505 Knight is een fraai uitgevoerd herenmesje. Het doet erg aan het voor Buck zo karakteristieke 110 Hunter-model denken, maar dan een compacter. Qua formaat is hij nog net wat kleiner dan de Buck 503 Prince. De handgrepen van rosewood geven het mes een stijlvol uiterlijk. De constructie en het lemmet voelen degelijk aan. Het 420HC-staal van het lemmet zorgt ervoor dat het mes gemakkelijk te slijpen is.

Lekker compact mesje.
Je hebt geen last van het mes als het in je broekzak zit. Vlijmscherp aangeleverd en degelijk van kwaliteit. Echte aanrader voor iedereen die altijd een Buck knive op zak wil hebben.

Het valt 'n beetje klein uit,  maar verder is het fantastisch

handig zak mesje,van zeer goede kwaliteit,is robuust,stevig!!
En is zijn prijs waard,als je dit mesje koopt,hoef je de rest van je leven geen ander mesje te kopen!!

In het verleden zeer veel "gewerkt" met Buck producten. dit is een kado voor mijn schoonvader, die een klein maar betrouwbaar mesje zocht. Gelukkig werd ik aangewezen om een beslissing te maken. Het is een mini uitvoering van een, bijvoorbeeld, model 110. Goede kwaliteit van mes (Buck 420) maar vooral de lockback vergrendeling trok mij over de streep. Deze vergrendeling is naar mijn ervaring oersterk en voorkomt ongewenst openen en sluiten. Mede door de sterke maar eenvoudige constructie is het moeilijk om NIET van Buck folders te houden. Dit model blijft een icoon in de tegenwoordige vloedgolf van HiTech tactical messen en systemen.
