Full description
The Kai Select 100 Mandolin provides the famous Kai-quality for a low price. The frame is made entirely of stainless steel which makes it pretty solid. Included are a straight blade and two julienne blades. The julienne blades are designed to work in two directions. Which ‘cuts’ your cutting time in half! The width of the straight knife can’t be adjusted, but is fixed at about 1 mm. The julienne blades cut on 1.5 and 3 mm.
