This **Bahco pruning saw 339-6T** is perfect as a handsaw for gardening. The coarse serrations of 6 teeth per 30 millimetres make it ideal for sawing fresh wood and for all-round sawing in the garden. 

## The saw blade

The curved saw blade of the Bahco 339-6T is made from high-quality Swedish steel. The teeth of this saw can be worked with a file. The saw blade has a hanging eyelet. The curved saw blade ensures that the branch won't slip away while you're cutting it. A curved saw blade like this is great if you're doing a lot of work above shoulder height, or below knee height.

## The handle

The handle of this pruning saw is plastic and lies comfortably in hand while sawing. The back of the handle is hollow, so you can attach it to an extension pole with a diameter of 25 millimetres. This means you can easily reach the higher branches with it.

Are you not going to use the saw for a while? Treat it with maintenance oil before you store it. This prevents rust from forming and ensures the saw will stay in great condition.
