The Böker Forge Santoku kitchen knife combines innovative design with premium materials. Just like with their outdoor knives, Böker offers true quality and great ergonomics with their kitchen knives. A perfect balance thanks to the full-tang grip combined with razor-sharp German X50CrMoV15-steel blades. Also, the blade has no crop which basically gives you more blade to cut with and makes it easier to sharpen. The beautiful ABS-handle fits perfectly on the handle. Dirt has no chance to nest here.
