This **Böker Pure Chef’s knife** is, with a blade length of 21 cm, a standard sized chef’s knife. As befits a chef’s knife this knife is a true all-rounder. Whether you want to cut meat, vegetables or fish: with this chef’s knife it will be no problem at all!


## Böker Pure: stunning design


The glossy oak handle perfectly matches the top-quality CPM-154 steel of the blade. The grains in the oak wood are subtly interrupted by three stainless steel rivets. The blade is made from CPM-154 powdered metallurgic steel from the American manufacturer Crucible Industries. This steel is produced by melting the 154-CM steel and adding additional carbide. Especially the carbides give the steel its hardness and the edge its strength.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
