Looks good but is hopeless for grating carrots and cheese. Disappointed

<p>Hi Jill,</p> <p>Thanks for the review. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't like this product. We are convinced that this product will do what it was made to do. And that is mostly to grate cheese. Soft cheeses will not work since they will clog op the product, but medium to hard cheeses will work just fine. Carrots can be hard but also slippery. Applying a bit more pressure via the handle might do the trick when grating harder products. If this doesn't work, please get in contact with us again!</p>
