The **Case XX knife sharpener, 52451** is a small and compact knife sharpener. Perfect for on the road or your bunch of keys. The sharpening rods in this sharpener are set at a fixed 23 degree angle. The sharpener can be used for knives enhanced with a smooth blade. You can, however, also use the removable rods for serrated edges.

 The sharpening rods have a fine grain size. That is why you shouldn't wait too long before you sharpen your knives. If your knife is really blunt it will take a really long time to sharpen it with this sharpener. The advantage, however, is that you can use these rods to end up with a razor-sharp knife!

 If the ceramic rods have gotten a black colour it is time to clean them. You can use soft detergent, a little warm water and a sponge. Afterwards the rods will be as good as new.
