The **DMOS The Delta Shovel Flat Dark Earth** is a big, fully collapsible shovel for serious adventures. Based on the well-known military entrenching tool, but more versatile, strong and beautiful. Do you like survival, or are you going off-roading or camping? You'll need this shovel. Just like a Delta Force soldier, this shovel never lets you down.

## DMOS Delta Shovel: more versatile, stronger and more beautiful

This Delta Shovel is incredibly versatile. The blade of the Delta Shovel can be locked into three positions. In line with the handle for soft soil. Perpendicular to the handle to chop into hard soil. Or completely folded in, so you can easily carry and store the shovel. The handle has three modes as well: 61 cm, 94 cm and 130 cm. The shovel folds to a practical size of 61 cm long, 26 cm wide and 7 cm high. Perfect for storage, packing or to mount to a rack.

The blade of the shovel is made from thick steel (3 mm). This is what makes this shovel extremely strong and incredibly durable. Even for heavy use. Even more remarkable is the amount of weight this shovel can handle. According to DMOS, the shovel has a payload of as much as 450 kg! 

This shovel features a stunning Flat Dark Earth powder-coated finish. Of course, heavy use will cause scratches to appear in this coating, but that really only adds to the tough look of this shovel! 

## DMOS Collective

In 2015, Susan Pieper, founder of DMOS, grew incredibly frustrated watching her son break shovel after shovel while building kicker jumps (ramps) in her backyard in Wyoming. DMOS' first product was: The Kicker Tool™. This pointed snow shovel was launched in October 2015 as a Kickstarter campaign. Needless to say, this campaign was a great success that even involved some famous names in the action-sports world. 

DMOS is for people who do everything themselves. People with a 'Do My Own Sh*#' mentality. Or stunts. Or shovels! They never really officially stated what the 'S' stands for, but you get the gist. Many years, and many more Kickstarter campaigns and countless hard lessons later, they have managed to create products that leave a serious impression on outdoor enthusiasts, military folk and survivalists around the world.
