This **Due Cigni Champagne sabre** is a real eye catcher. Both at the dinner table and on your wall. The handle is made from stunning dark ebony wood. Nice and incredibly fancy. The blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel. The steel retains its sharpness well and is easy to sharpen. It is also relatively stainless and can handle quite a bit. The sheath comes with a stunning leather cognac-coloured sheath.

 ## History of Due Cigni

 Due Cigni (two swans) is a traditional, Italian knife manufacturer which has been producing top-quality kitchen knives, (pruning)scissors and saws for over hundred years. All products are produced in the Italian knife capital of Maniago. Some years ago the brand was bought by Fox Cutlery, also located in Maniago. They continued the Due Cigni tradition of producing fine, top-quality kitchen knives.
