The Due Cigni Coquus Kengata is a stylish kitchen knife from Italy. Like all knives in the Coquus series, this knife is made from natural products. As such, the handles may show small differences, every knife is unique! Kengata means 'sword-like' in Japanese, referring to the sharply sloping end of the blade. Other than that, the knife can be regarded as a member of the santoku family. The Japanese version of the chef's knife. The narrow tip is ideal for finely cutting meat, fish and vegetables.
