The Fenix RC40 is an incredibly powerful rechargeable flashlight. With a maximum light output of 6000 lumens you can turn night into day. The six Cree XM-L2 U2 LED lights take care of a maximum reach of 730 meters according to the ANSI norm in the relatively wide reflector. To power this incredible amount of light the RC40 has been enhanced with a fixed battery of 7800 mAh. This battery can be recharged with the included AC adapter and car charger.
Blinding Brightness
You can choose from 5 constant light modes between 6000 and 45 ANSI lumens in addition to the stroboscope mode and SOS mode. With the lowest mode you can use this flashlight approximately 5 days and have enough light to grab a bottle of wine from a dark wine cellar. In the highest mode the Fenix RC40 will be a spotlight with a ridiculous amount of light for about one hour.
Simple controls
The Fenix RC40 has been enhanced with two switches placed at the front of the light. One to turn the constant light modes on and off (right). The other (left) to choose the stroboscope and SOS modes. When the RC40 is turned off you can immediately reach the stroboscope mode by briefly pressing down the left switch.
Simply rechargeable
At the back of the light you can find the plug for the charger. It can be charged in the car or at home in one of your sockets. Simply press the button once and the 4 LED lights will give you the battery status. In addition, you can, similar to a power bank, use the power of the 7800mAh battery to charge a cell phone or other USB-device via USB.
