The Fiskars Hard Face saute pan 26 cm is basically a frying pan with raised edges. As such the pan is suited for roasting meat, because the raised edges enable you to sear the sides. In addition, you can use it to prepare anything you would also use a frying pan for. Thanks to the included lid you can also use the pan to stew or roast.
