The Kai Seki Magoroku Redwood MGR-0210Y yanagiba is made according to traditional Japanese design. It was designed by and for cooking enthusiasts. The polished blade and wooden handle look remarkable. This knife is enhanced with the characterizing yanagiba blade shape with a large bevel on one side. Nevertheless, both sides are sharpened, including the right side of the blade. As such this knife is comfortable in use.
