The KMFS Vantaedge integral sharpening system is an advanced and efficient sharpening system, entirely designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic. This innovative system allows you to sharpen your knives at any desired angle, no matter how you clamp it in the system. In addition, you won't have to take out the knife and turn it around to sharpen the other side; simply turn the clamp and keep going. The result is consistent sharpening on both sides and along the full length of the blade.
