The Laguiole en Aubrac 12 cm Balbach damast, Thuya wood is a modern incarnation of the classic Laguiole knife. A thuya-wood handle in between steel bolsters. On the spine, you will find a stylized version of the Laguiole bee. The most striking is the blade itself. It is made from stainless Balbach damascus steel. This gives the knife a unique look and feel. Balbach damascus steel is forged in Germany by Markus Balbach.
