This **3-piece Le Creuset pan set** is comprised of a cooking pot, a sauce pan and a frying pan. These pans can be used on all heat sources, including induction. They can also handle an oven up to 260 degrees. They are dishwasher proof. You can easily store the pans, because you can stack them.

This three-piece pan set is comprised of:

## Stainless steel Le Creuset pans

The pans are made with a 3-layer system, called 3-ply. The two outer layers are made from stainless steel and have an aluminium core. This sandwich construction is used throughout the pan, from the base to the rim. This ensures excellent heat conduction and also prevents hotspots. Thanks to this construction, the pans react quickly to changes in temperature from the hob. As such dishes won't burn. The pans can be used on all heat sources. So even in the oven and on induction.

The tight-fitting lid makes it possible to cook with less water. Condensation will namely fall back into the pan. As such, when you cook vegetables, the flavour is maintained.

## How to use Le Creuset pans

Always choose a heat source that is the appropriate size for the base diameter of the pan. When using a gas hob, make sure that the flames cannot spread up the sides of the pan. Preferably use cookware made from wood, plastic or silicone. If used carefully, you can use metal cookware like forks and spoons, but take care not to scratch the surface. Never cut any food in the pan. Light scratches may become visible with normal use but these do not affect the pan's functioning.

Always clean the pan well after use. Any leftover food or greasiness can get stuck inside. which may affect the non-stick coating. You can clean the pans by hand, but they are also dishwasher proof. Please bear in mind that washing it in the dishwasher may affect the non-stick coating, It also causes the glossy finish to become dull over time.
