The **Lion Sabatier Athos Knife set** is comprised of four practical knives. With this set you will immediately own the right knife for every task!


### This set contains:


**chef's knife 20 cm:** this knife is perfect for the larger tasks in the kitchen. Because of its shape it looks a lot like a Santoku.


**Serrated carving/bread knife 20 cm:** because of the serrations perfect when cutting bread, hard vegetables or when cutting larger pieces of meat.


**Paring knife with dimples 15 cm:** perfect for the quick, daily tasks in the kitchen. The dimples in the blade ensure that no ingredients stick to the blade.


**Vegetable knife 9 cm:** This small knife is mostly suited for smaller, detailed tasks.


### Material


The handles fit seamlessly with the blade and are made from POM. A very sustainable and maintenance-friendly type of plastic. Please note that if you place these knives in the dishwasher the look and feel of the handle will slowly be affected. 


The blade is made from X50Cr15MoV-steel. A great stainless type of steel that is easy to sharpen. That is why it is a popular choice for knives made in Europe.
