Good quality, lightweight and comfortable. The grip is thin, that is good for me but it is objective. The blade should be better polished innthe sides i think.

This is an essential knife every cook should have. It makes light work of cutting through vegetables and other ingredients. I recommend this company as they have an excellent product range combined with fast delivery and lots of info.

If you prefer relatively heavy knives to light ones, this is the one to go for. It does much more than you'd expect from this cheap-ish price. Such a lovely old school French knife.
