The **Lion Sabatier LYON 663984** is a magnetic knife block with four 8.8 cm wide slots. You might think that the knife block only has room for four knives, but nothing could be further from the truth! Thanks to the magnets in the slots the blade thickness is not relevant. As such you can also add two small peeling knives to one slot. 

The curve at the top slot provides you with enough room for a honing steel or sharpening steel with a maximum diameter of 1.7 cm. As such the blade width is not relevant for this knife block. Do keep the length of the kitchen knives in mind. This knife block, in the longest slot, has enough room for knives with a maximum blade length omf 23 cm.

The block is made from beech wood and has small rubber feet to make sure it stays in place and won't leave scratches on your countertops.
