The **NiteCore I4000R flashlight** was specifically designed for tactical use. Thanks to the memory of the light it will always start with the mode last used. This also applies to the stroboscope mode. This light is perfect for law enforcement, police and military personnel, but also for private individuals as self-protection

 ## How to use the NiteCore I4000R

 The Cree XP-L2 V6 LED light produces white light with a broad light image. With it you light up your surroundings up to a distance of 230 meters. The tactical switch on the NiteCore I4000R has a momentary-on function. Hold the tactical switch down and the light will momentarily turn the highest mode on. As soon as you completely press down the switch it will stay on. You easily select the desired light mode via the second switch (MODE).

 The flashlight is enhanced with an instant stroboscope function for when you need to act quickly. If the light is off, press the MODE button: the result is that the light will temporarily use the stroboscope mode. Release the switch and the light will immediately be turned off. Want to activate the stroboscope mode if the light is turned on? Click the MODE button three times. Until you push the MODE button again the light will continue to function in the stroboscope mode.

 There is also a temporary turbo-function. As soon as you turn the flashlight on and hold the MODE switch down the light will temporarily function in the highest mode. As soon as you release the switch it will return to the mode last used.

 ### Light modes on the NiteCore I4000R

 * Turbo: 4400 lumens, burn time of approx. 30 minutes*
* High: 1100 lumens, burn time or approx. 2 hours and 15 minutes*
* Medium: 330 lumens, burn time of approx. 7 hours and 45 minutes
* Low: 50 lumens, burn time of approx. 40 hours
* Ultra-low: 2 lumen, burn time or approx. 380 hours
* Strobe: 4400 lumens

 *The burn time of the highest mode is calculated at the moment the lamp is switched on in the highest position. After 2-3 minutes, the lamp automatically switches to the lower light mode due to temperature regulation.

## Charging the NiteCore I4000R

 The back of the light is enhanced with a USB-C port. As soon as you charge the light you open the ring for the USB-port. When closed the light is perfectly protected against water and dust. The ring also ensures that the USB-port cannot be damaged.

 The NiteCore I4000R comes with a 21700 Li-Ion battery. It will take up to 4 hours and 15 minutes before the battery is completely charged. If you don't have time to charge the battery in the meantime, take a spare battery with you. With the included battery holder you can namely also use it with two CR123A batteries. Please note: the I4000R cannot be used in combination with a 18650 Li-Ion battery. As soon as you turn the light on the blue indicator will give you the current battery voltage. As such you can quickly see what the voltage is.

 ## Accessories for the NiteCore I4000R

 The NiteCore I4000R comes with one NiteCore 21700, 5000mAh Li-Ion battery, USB-C cable, pocket clip, wrist strap, spare O-ring, battery holder and tactical holder. ## Intelligent protection

 If you use the turbo mode for a longer period of time the light will start to heat up. When the light reaches a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius or higher, the light will automatically drop the amount of lumen to lower the temperature. As soon as the temperature drops the light will switch back to the turbo mode.
