The Roselli Opening Knife is a special fixed knife, produced in Finland. Designed for hunting purposes, and specifically when 'opening' poultry and fish, to remove the intestines. Specialist, but very practical for that target group. The round tip ensures that you don't accidentally pierce through the intestines.
