With this **Sawyer Squeeze to Bucket Conversion Kit** you can connect your water filter to a bucket in no time. It is suitable for use with the Sawyer Squeeze or Mini water filters. These are not included.

The kit contains:

  * a drillbit*
  * the adapter
  * tube
  * two rubber rings
  * plastic bolt
  * connector
  * water filter hanger

## How does it work?

First you need a bucket. Use the included drill bit to make a hole about 4 centimetres above the bottom of the bucket. Be sure to remove any loose bits of plastic around the hole, as these could cause a leak. Take one of the rubber rings and slide it over the thread of the black adapter. Then insert the thread of the adapter through the hole from the outside. The second rubber ring goes on the inside of the bucket around the thread of the adapter. Then tighten the plastic bolt firmly against it. Put the grey hose on the outside over the spout on the adapter, and put the grey connector on the other end of the hose. Slide the filter hanger over the filter, and screw the grey connector onto the water filter. Put the dirty water in the bucket, and all you have to do is lower the water filter to filter the water!
