Expectations
An excellent saucier. Well made, heats up evenly. Great for curries where you need the space & want to reduce your gravy. Also well suited for tossing pasta in sauce due to the high walls. I'm not sure why this is marketed as a wok, though - it's not that suited to stir-frying!
