The Tojiro DP3 chef's knife 18 cm is a Japanese-style chef's knife. The long blade is comprised of three layers: a VG10 core surrounded by 13-chrome steel. This knife combines the best of the Western kitchen knives with the best of the Japanese kitchen knives. Easy to use and comfortable in hand. And, of course, enhanced with a razor-sharp edge.
