Expectations
Ordered and paid for this knife but still waiting weeks later for delivery. No help on the website which just loops me round and round. The UPS website is useless and the provided telephone number for knivesandtools isn't answered. So I leave a very poor review in the hope someone will read it and do something. Like deliver the knife or refund my money! Extremely poor customer service.
