## Yaxell Sharp pull-through sharpener

The Yaxell Sharp pull-through sharpener has two ceramic wheels with one grit size. The wheels have the same sharpening angle as the Yaxell Ran utility knife. This means you can simply run the knife through the sharpener without having to worry about the sharpening angle. It doesn't get much easier than that! The left slot sharpens the left side of the edge and the right slot sharpens the right side of the edge. But watch out! Don't apply any pressure while sharpening. Let the wheels do the work.

## Yaxell Ran blade

The blade is made from 69 layers of Damascus steel and a core of Japanese VG10 steel hardened up to 61 HRC. VG10 is known for its hardness and is therefore also easy to sharpen. The Damascus steel creates a beautiful contrast of light and dark lines that run along the entire length of the blade. Yaxell Ran knives are not only efficient, but they are also stunning to look at.

## Yaxell Ran handle

The handles are made from micarta. Micarta is a material comprised of linen impregnated with an epoxy resin. This makes it a very strong material. It can withstand virtually anything, and has great water resistance. Micarta is known for offering plenty of grip. Even if it is wet. The oval and round shape of the handle makes it very comfortable to hold and use.
