The Zwilling Pro kitchen knife 16 cm is enhanced with a broad, solid blade. An 'all-rounder' for the professional and amateur chef. The perfect knife when cutting vegetables and finely chopping herbs. Chef's knives have a heigh blade of approximately 4 to 5 cm to make sure you can place the fingers of the hand you use to hold the ingredients against the side of the blade. This way you can work safely and quickly.
