The **Beavercraft AX6 Compact Long Bearded Bushcraft Hatchet** is a small axe that was produced for woodwork. Small cutting tasks around your camp, for instance. Or to cut a wooden spoon, for example. The axe is nice and sharp upon delivery. It comes with a leather sheath and belt loop.

## Handle and head of the Beavercraft AX6 Axe

The handle is made from ash wood. A simple handle, but not any less practical. The head is made from 1066 carbon steel and enhanced with a rough finish, making it look very tough. Make sure the adze is dry when you store it, carbon steel is prone to rust.

Op het eerste oog een top bijl. Mooi afgewerkte forged kop. Maar na een eental slagen van schors voelde ik dat de kop los zat. Knives and tools pakte dit goed op en verzorge een nieuwe!

Superbe petite hachette .l'aiguisage en sortie de boite est moyen et je pense que je vais reprendre les angles d'affûtage pour la rendre plus mordante.
