The **Case Trapper** is a traditional pocket knife with the classic Trapper shape. This pattern was first used by hunters and poachers. This specific version has two blades: one classic clippoint and a traditional spearpoint. Both blades have, when it comes to skinning game, their own purpose. When opened they are kept in place by a slipjoint.


## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel


The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS, a stainless type of steel which closely resembles 420HC steel. Characterizing for this type of steel is that you can quickly sharpen it.


## Amber Jigged Bone handle


The handle is made from *Amber Jigged Bone* which is, in fact, cow bone enhanced with an interesting texture. Subsequently it has been given a beautiful colour and a nice polish. This classic material radiates class and elegance. As a result it completely matches the rest of the Case knives. In this case a *Peach Seed* texture was chosen.

The knife is not even finished 🫣 the left side of the knife is not rounded like the right side. Excessive side play on both blades and very very weak spring 😡 second time I receive a Case knife with no quality control.

Un classique que je voulais dans ma collection.
C'est un vrai scalpel. La finition est bonne. Acheté en promotion, ça vaut le coup. Case reste cher autrement, et pour le plein tarif y a mieux. On paie le mythe.

Das Messer ist wirklich gut verarbeitet. Es sind keine Spalten zu erkennen, alles sauber geschliffen und poliert. Die Griffschalen allein sind schon ein Hingucker. Klingen sind ab Werk scharf geschliffen werden nur noch einmal poliert (nicht unbedingt nötig) da sie an den Schneiden etwas rau sind. Preis/Leistung ganz weit vorne.
