After weeks and weeks of pontificating on whether I really needed new binoculars, I’m so pleased I plumped for these. To be honest I was trying to justify the extra cost of the higher grade, but in the absence of back to back comparisons, I really don’t know what I’m missing. I am certain though, that I’m delighted with the performance of these, so they get my recommendation. I can appreciate why some would opt for the 8x magnification over the 10x that I bought, because the shake was quite pronounced at first, but I’ve got better at controlling this and think the 10x was the right choice for me. For the money, they are a good buy.
