Prachtig uitgevoerd mes, heel simpel van vorm. Fraaie tekening van het hout in desert ironwood. Mes ligt erg goed in de hand, ondanks het gewicht, prima in balans. Full four finger grip. Vlijmscherp. Nog te kort in bezit voor een echte review. Enige minpunt, naast de hoge prijs, vind ik de leren schede, die beetje grof is voor zo’n mooi, elegant vormgegeven, mes.

J’avais déjà acheté il y a quelque temps le Fallkniven idun nl5 cowry X et pour le prix (1600€) j’avais était terriblement déçu par le packaging, la finition qui n’était pas bonne et la lame qui n’était pas affûtée. J’avais même contacté Fallkniven pensant que c’était une contrefaçon…

Mais là en revanche avec ce TK1L c’est une œuvre d’art. La finition est quasiment parfaite pour un couteau fait main. La bois est magnifique et le tranchant est rasoir. 

Le packaging est un vrai présentoir en bois et le fourreaux en cuir remarquablement bien conçu. 

La gamme trois couronne de luxe est clairement bien pensée. Il existe enfin des Fallkniven beaux, raffinés et efficace sur le terrain !

Je leest veel over dit mes, hoe prachtig het is (het is geweldig mooi kwa vorm en functie, mooi handzaam mes, niet al te groot) maar ook over de kwaliteit die soms niet helemaal in orde is. Mijne had een kier tussen handvat en tang van het mes. Knives and tools heeft een super goede service en maakt direct alles in orde (heb hem terug gestuurd). Wie een knife for life zoekt voor diverse taken, en het geld er voor over heeft kan je denk ik geen mooier mes vinden..

Beau couteau, semble plutôt solide, bonne prise en main. L''étui n'est pas à la hauteur, très quelconque, il ne met pas le couteau en valeur.
