The Fenix CL20 is a very well thought out LED-camping torch, which has several useful functions. And it doesn't stop there: you will also enjoy it when doing odd jobs or as a night lamp. Hang it on to the ring, fasten it to the most impossible place by means of the built-in magnet, or just put it down.  
  


The specially designed hood of this LED camping lamp provides a good range of the warm white light and you even have red light available. Ideal when you don't want to bother nobody else at night. A built-in (red) SOS-mode attracts attention instantly when you are in distress. Another ease of use: the CL20 includes two different battery compartments, to work both with 2 AA-batteries and with 1 CR123a battery.  
  


We recommend the CR123a if you use the torch in low temperatures. Or when you want to make sure that you keep sufficient voltage in the battery when you have to store the torch for a longer time. Please note: you may not use these battery types at the same time in the torch!

* The indication of the light intensity is according to the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards. This means that the values may be lower than former values . Naturally, this lower value has no consequence for the light intensity of the torch. The advantage of the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standards is that the values can be compared with each other and give a real picture of the actual light intenstiy.

Een mooi en goed afgewerkt campinglight! De kleinste stand (wit) geeft voldoende licht voor een kleine ruimte en houdt ruim 50 uur vol op twee AA batterijen. Op een CR123 batterij heb ik nog geen test gedaan. De volgende standen geven meer dan voldoende licht. Eigenlijk ook ideaal als noodverlichting bij uitval van de netstroom.


Een hele fijne, kleine, compacte en gebruiksvriendelijke lamp van degelijke kwaliteit. Het is een hele goede allround lamp met een groot bereik dat 'ie verlicht, ideaal voor in de tent. Na twee weken kamperen zitten er nog steeds de eerste batterijen in. Eigenlijk heb ik alleen de eerste twee standen van de lamp gebruikt, die zijn namelijk al fel genoeg. Ik raad hem niet aan als tafellamp, omdat hij je dan simpelweg verblindt. Verder een top lamp!



Zoals altijd, een uitstekend lampje van Fenix.
Ik was verbaasd over de lichtopbrengst van het lampje met het gebruik van 2 AA'tjes.

De magneten werken erg goed en het haakje is stug genoeg om het lampje niet naar een kant te laten zakken wanneer je het ophangt. 
Voor mij persoonlijk een ideaal lampje voor onder de tarp en buiten het bushcraften / kamperen om een erg handig lampje om bij te lichten in de schuur of tijdens andere klusjes. 

De lamp verlicht het best wanneer deze van boven naar beneden schijnt (daar is het natuurlijk ook naar gemaakt). 

Ik raad mensen wel aan om goede batterijen aan te schaffen anders heeft de felste stand na een poosje weinig verschil meer met de één na hoogste.

Voor de grammenjagers is deze lamp misschien wat minder geschikt. Het lampje is namelijk vrij zwaar voor het formaat. Voor mij persoonlijk geeft dit juist een extra gevoel van degelijkheid. En degelijk is het zeker. Bij mij is het lampje al eens van de parasol gekukeld met het lampenkapje op de harde tafel (+- 1m hoog) zonder enige beschadiging. Ook heb ik het lampje al in de harde regen gebruikt zonder problemen.

Mij part is dit lampje een aanrader!

Vanwege het geringe gewicht en geringe omvang kocht ik dit lampje voor dochter en schoonzoon, die met de KLM naar Afrika vlogen voor ontwikkelingswerk in primitieve omstandigheden.  Dochter berichtte via de WhatsApp: Zaklamp komt super van pas; op schemerstand aan kleindochter de fles geven en slaperig worden. En in de nacht niet het grote licht aan hoeven doen!

Een geweldig lampje. Compact, simple en met alle lichtsterktes en mogelijkden die ik zocht. Fenix heeft met dit lampje en TOPPER op de markt gebracht.
De aanschaf heeft bij mij voor aanhoudende "Jubel-stemming" gezorgd!
