Classic French robust handcrafted Laguiole pocket knife. The ‘Le Pocket’ series is larger in size than the ‘XS’ knife and smaller and more compact in size than the ‘Nature’ knife. Its size is comparable to the sturdier and broader ‘Gentleman’ folding knife.  

Folded length: 10.5cm. Blade made from 12c27 stainless steel. Junniper wood handle.  

The blade incorporates decorative file work: the Guilloché design

Deze laguiole van fabrikant  Fontenille Pataud is coor mij het klassieke zakmes dat tijdloze elegantie laat samen gaan met een hoge kwaliteit en vakmanschap. Het jeneverbeshout draagt bovendien een lekkere geur met zich mee. Het mes voelt solide aan en is niet te zwaar, ligt goed in de hand en is geschikt voor allerhande dagelijkse klusjes. Voor mij een topper!

Prachtig mes, super afgewerkt, snelle service en goed advies.

Prachtig mes, gekocht vanwege de geschiedenis van het mes en de Franse 'laid back' lifestyle wat ik me er bij voorstel. Helaas zit er wel een spleet tussen het metaal en het (prachtige) jeneverbessenhout bij het uiteinde van het lemmet. 
Echter, aangezien het een handgemaakt product is (en Frans...) heb ik me hierbij neergelegd.
De afwerking is dus niet zo goed als mij Mcusta zakmes, tevens kwam het mes bij levering niet half zo scherp uit te doos.
Al met al toch een super mooi mes om een lekker stukje brie of een biefstuk mee te snijden!

Product zelf is erg mooi, wat kleiner dan ik had verwacht, maar dat maakt niet uit. Personeel bij Knives & Tools erg hulpzaam en efficient. Ik raad ze zeker aan.
