Lost the small paring knife in 20 minutes after it arrived. How? Well, my wife tried it out and immediately claimed it as hers. Nice blade, good molding, although the plastic feels kind of generic (-1 in overall expression in here). Definitely will get a lot of use in our kitchen.

Very thin hard blade, which is why they break when dropped. Needs a fine hone out of the box to give perfect sharpness. Light weight plastic handle not very pretty but does the job. A goto little knife for delicate jobs.
