As others have said a few rough edges but all sorted with Some fine sandpaper and a rub on a whetstone in five minutes. Great axe good weight stays sharp enough to cut vegetables after an hour splitting a sawn up beech tree. Highly recommend

A large American style felling axe but Swedish build. Came with a decent edge, great handle and the fit and finish is excellent. 4lb is about the most I can swing at a tree and a good weight for splitting too (which is probably going to be its main use)

Excellent quality, swedish forged steel axe head, solid hickory handle with good grain orientation. You are getting a quality axe for a fraction of the cost of the more popular brand names. Only disappointment is lack of any sheath/ edge protection. But you can make one yourself. So not a problem. Have used it already at work as i'm in the tree work industry. No problem,
