This is an excellent axe. Sharp as any knife when delivered. Great for preparing timber from fire sticks, splitting logs and clearing the trail. Comes with a cover to protect the bit or blade, but I changed it for a heavy duty leather cover. Will be taking this axe on all my bushcraft adventures.

This is a very classic tool, but it is perfect for garden, camp and forestry work. The ax is small, like a hatchet, which makes it very handy and easy to store in any situation.Thank You 😊

I was pleasantly surprised when this trekking axe arrived. Lovely handle and also weighty for a trekking axe. I've used it a few times already and performs well especially with any carving bits off as well as axe batoning. The sheath that it comes with is great quality ! You couldn't go wrong purchasing this axe as a first axe for bushcraft or any outdoor/woodworking needs. Well worth the price and once you maintain it, you will have it for life. Arrived from sweden to dartford england within 3 days. Very impressee with the quality of materials in this axe. The head is very secure, and just the right size and weight for tha handle. I really like the finish on the wood as well. The blade came quite sharp, but after some minor honing it is super sharp and easily slices paper, and splits small logs without much force. I'd definitely recommend

I haven’t had the chance to use the hatchet in the field yet, so hence the two 4 star reviews…. but don’t be in any doubt to the quality of this great product. I had wanted this axe for a while now and I can honestly say, it’s beautiful crafted and will be sure to last a lifetime.
