A great little pan for crepes and galettes. I chose the cast iron pan (as opposed to aluminium) as we cook on a Rayburn which isn’t the hottest hob going, and tends to lose heat as you cook. Pleased to report that this does a great job, building up a nice head of heat. Also, whilst it’s not non-stick I haven’t had any problems (use non-salted butter). The pan has a lovely old-school feel and weight. Highly recommended.

seasoned with some oil this pan makes great pancakes especially with the spreading tool and is a very effective healthier non-stick option. size is right and not too heavy.

I pride myself on being a true Le Creusét fan. But this find of a cast iron pan, was a absolute Godsend! This gorgeous piece of machinery works like a dream, it's versatile and I look forward to creating more than just crépe/pancakes with this pan.

Bought for use on induction hob and pan base completely flat and smooth so very happy with it Great le creuset quality as always. With induction hob I made sure I bought version with handle that is raised up, could see this from the photo. Great price too and arrived within a week
