This Le Creuset spatula from the Silicone Pro series is ideal for use with all kinds of different pans. The silicone is heat-resistant and does not scratch non-stick coatings, polished surfaces or enamelled pans. You can remove the head to clean it in the dishwasher. The handle needs to be cleaned and dried by hand. Great when cooking, roasting and baking.

Although the silicone is heat-resistant and can therefore be used for cooking, we do not recommend prolonged heating or heating it to high temperatures. For example, do not leave it in the pan while it is on the fire.

Very well made, with the right amount of flexibility and stiffness on the rubber spatula. The rubber spatula is detachable and dishwasher-safe, and the handle is a generous length.
