Handy light duty hex bit ratchet. Overall build quality is good, the business end is solid metal and its quality is great, there's a little magnet for better bit retention. Ratchet selector is made of cheap plastic and its movement is a little stiff and not exactly precise. It's comes handy in restricted places where full multitool rotation is not possible. For any heavier duty tasks I'd recommend the simple bit driver extender.
