Very happy with this. I looked at more expensive knives and even tried a Japanese one from a friend which was lovely but all in all this knife was perfect. Very well made, brilliant knife for any job in a home kitchen. It's very much like the old knife my grandma had so I love it👍

Looks like it's belongs in an earlier age, until you start to use it and then you realise why change would be pointless. A great no nonesense knives with a really good blade , hard enough to hold an edge but not too hard that you cannot sharpen. Should be in every kitchen.
