Opinel has become well-known for its iconic pocket knives, but you can also use these distinctive French knives in the kitchen. These kitchen knives have wooden handles. The wood is protected by a clear lacquered finish. Because of this, and thanks to the corrosion-resistant Sandvik 12C27 steel, the knives are dishwasher-safe. Nevertheless, we personally prefer to wash them by hand. With all the different models of kitchen knives, you can use them to handle any task in the kitchen.  
  


This serrated peeling knife with micro teeth is designed for slicing tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, sausage and roasted meats.
