Als gewezen professionele kok van twintig jaar. Was dit nog een "must have" voor in mijn keuken thuis. Ben dol op grillen van groente en vlees en vis.. Je moet wel weten hoe er mee om te gaan. Maar dat wordt goed uitgelegd in de beschrijvingen van het product.

Gekocht in plaats van een veel duurdere ‘tarte tatin pan’. Was wel een gok, want hoe komt een tarte tatin uit een grillpan?
Nou....fantastisch, dus!
Wel een loeizware pan, maar een werkstuk voor het leven én heel onderhouden.
De pan kan op gas en elektrisch én op open vuur (kampvuur, barbecue), daar heb je wat aan!
Oh, gebruik vooral goede overhandschoenen, want de pan wordt lekker warm...
Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Prima gietijzeren grillpan, ik zie geen enkele rede om meer dan het dubbele te betalen voor een  "merk" pan als Le Creuset, Staub of Lodge wanneer deze exact het zelfde bied. Pre-seasoning is zelfs al erg goed.
