Sage cutting boards are made from a combination of FSC-certified wood, pulp and resin. These cutting boards are fairly thin with a smooth, non-porous, heat-resistant surface that is, above all, hygienic. Sage cutting boards thus comply with the food safety management principles, as set down in the HACCP. This means that these cutting boards can always be used in any professional food establishment. The wood is dense enough to resist deep scratches, yet not so dense as to damage the knives. According to Sage, these cutting boards are extremely durable and will last more than twice as long as an ordinary wooden cutting board. They are also relatively lightweight and thin, making them hardly any higher than a kitchen worktop. Contrary to most ‘ordinary’ wooden cutting boards, these boards are dishwasher safe.

très bonne planche à découper avec les qualités décrites par les autres avis, ce qui m'a incité a l'acheter.
Mais il y a un gros problème, la planche s'est rapidement déformée à l'envers, elle touche le plan de travail au centre mais les bords et les patins sont relevés, aucune adhérence elle peut facilement tourner sur la table, ce qui la rend fuyante et désagréable.

De snijplanken zijn lekker groot en wegen weinig waardoor ontzettend fijn om mee te werken. 
Ik had de aanname dat je geen afdrukken van het snijden in de plank zou krunnen zien omdat ze zo hard zijn, dat gebeurt wel. Het  voordeel is wel dat de planken van  natuurlijk materiaal zijn en dus  geen plastic binnen krijgt.   Bestelling en levering verliep snel, goed en zorgvuldig. Planken kan ik zeker aanraden.

De très bonne facture et très efficace avec de bons couteaux de cuisine juste dommage qu’ils collent une étiquette sur tout le long qui laisse un trace lorsqu’on l’enlève 

Uitstekende snijplank die alle vorige goedkope vervangt. Ondertussen 4 stuks in gebruik. Een droom om op de snijden.
