With the **Victorinox Swiss Modern vegetable knife moss green** you can cut small cubes of hard and soft vegetables with ease. The relatively small blade gives you a lot of control which makes this knife ideal for precise cutting. In addition, the knife is suitable for many more purposes. For example, it's also great for cutting cheese, sausages and sandwiches.

## Swiss Modern materials

The handle is made from polypropylene. This is a lightweight material, which ensures the knife feels great in hand. A subtly textured surface ensures a good grip. Even when wet. The blade is made from stainless steel and very thin. This leaves you with a razor-sharp knife. Because of the combination of polypropylene and stainless steel the knife is dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend cleaning the knife by hand to maintain the sharpness of the blade.
