This **Zwilling Twin Grip peeling knife** is incredibly practical for daily use. This relatively light-weight knife is made from top-quality materials. The plastic handle is ergonomically shaped and seamlessly merges with the blade. As such bacteria cannot accumulate underneath the handle, making these knives incredibly hygienic.


The blade is made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. During this process the steel is heated in 4 stages to 1000°C and cooled to-70 °C. Zwilling perfected this technique, and guarantees optimum sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance.


After the hardening process the blade is sharpened in five steps. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone.


Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Twin Grip collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.

Fijn, klein en scherp keukenmesje. Altijd handig om in je keukenla te hebben.

Hervorragende Schälmesser. Preis-Leistung Überragende. Sehr leicht zu schärfen. Sehr praktisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.  Viel besser als Victorinox.


Gebruik ze al jaren en kan niet zonder Doe je er een aan iemand anders cadeau krijg je onverwachte leuke en goede reacties. Handig,. licht en erg scherp.

Heel scherp mesje voor allerhande kleine snijkarweitjes.
Ik vind m handig om groente te snijden, echt scherp, ik had me de eerste keer al een stuk van mijn nagel meegenomen dus wel uitkijken.

Lekker schilmesje, past ook nog redelijk in mannenhand, wel jammer dat het mesje nogal symmetrisch is, niet snel duidelijk welke de scherpe zijde is. (gevaarlijk bij kinderen)
