History of GiantMouse

The idea for GiantMouse came about during a pleasant evening of drinks at an American knife show in 2015. Danish designers/knife makers Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnaes, along with their American entrepreneur friend Jim Wirth, decided they could build a good knife brand. GiantMouse is a knife brand that excels in great designs with the highest possible production quality, all at fair prices. Moreover, the brand remains closely involved with its customer community.
