With this Boska Monaco cheese slicer you can easily slice thin pieces of cheese. Full of flavour thanks to the special pattern in the blade. A so-called 'non-stick treatment' ensures that the slices won't stick to the blade. Like the 'regular' Monaco cheese slicer it is made for semi-hard and hard cheeses. Great on toast, but also as a snack on its own.

Great cheese tool! Perfect for gouda and a must have if you ever are making a cheese board. Has great weight to it and I like that its all metal so there is no handle made of a different material - because I find those usually degrade :)
