The **Case Copperhead** is a traditional pocket knife with two blades. A classic wharncliffe and a small pen-knife-blade. When opened they are kept in place by a slipjoint. You can recognize the Copperhead by the subtle protrusion at the bolster. It covers the sharp spine of the blade to make sure it won't get caught on your pocket. Something you sometimes come across on slipjoints.



This knife is a part of the 2021 Case Vault collection. Every year Case takes one *pattern* from their vast archive. Only during that year different versions of that pattern are once again produced. In 2021 the Copperhead was up.



## Case Tru-Sharp SS steel


The blade is made from Case Tru-Sharp SS. This is a stainless type of steel that is similar to 420HC steel. Characterizing about this type of steel is that you can quickly sharpen it and have a razor-sharp knife.


## Caribbean Blue Bone handle


The handle is made from *Caribbean Blue Bone*. This is basically cow bone that is enhanced with a turquoise-blue colour. Case enhanced the material with a 'sawcut' texture. As such it looks like it has been cut with a coarse circular saw. A truly classic handle material that radiates class and elegance. It nicely matches the Case knives.
