The Casström No. 10 Swedish Forest Knife Scandi 14108 is an amazing outdoor knife, made in Sweden. When you hold this knife you immediately notice the amazing ergonomics. This knife feels amazing in hand! The somewhat strange looking 'kink' in the handle contributes to a comfortable grip. Casström designed this knife as an all-round outdoor knife. Hunting, fishing, food prep, bushcraft: this knife can handle it all. This version is enhanced with a flat grind. As such the blade is a little thicker making the edge better for wood work. The handle is made from stunning curly birch. It is treated with linseed oil. We recommend using the same oil once in a while to protect the wood. We recommend Ballistol for the blade.
