The **Casström Swedish Field Dresser** is an innovative hunting knife. Casström developed the knife specifically for deboning game in the field while hunting. When you take the knife in your hand, the edge is at the top allowing you to cut into the skin without damaging the meat or intestines. The tip is not sharpened to help you avoid piercing the intestines. Casström pays a lot of attention to ergonomics, and this knife is no exception. It's comfortable to use the knife with the edge facing away from you, so you can easily carve feathersticks for your fire.
